Today, the sun is shinin’ on me
Sitting with my feet in the breeze
Ain’t sweating the little things
And who knows what tomorrow is gonna bring

So it may not be the hottest days that it should have been and we brought some cold weather with us to Florida from DC but that wasn’t going to stop us in any way especially in terms of enjoying the beach. We woke up early Friday morning to head to the beach to relax for the day.  Perfection. Doesn’t take much to make me happy. 😉  We walked around Clearwater Beach, watched the performers and ended with a sunset. A bird dove into Tim’s ice-cream.. haha!!  Did I write the other day we were on the beach, it was on Wednesday, and a bird dove down and stole Tim’s snickers bar he was eating? hahahah crazy!   Anyways, then it was time to head back, get ready and go out to dinner and some nighttime fun!  Good times! 🙂

Saturday we headed home to the most precious 4-legged big boys that I missed oh so much!!! Ahh! I want to take them everywhere with me!  I promise you they don’t know they are dogs, especially my chocolate.  Ask anyone… ha! Though I am not a fan of them in my SUV because of their hair although they are on blankets in the back with my 3rd row seat down, I still couldn’t see them and run off to Virginia to do running around so I took them with. 🙂

I had to hurry because although I just landed, I had a date with Larry the Cable Guy in Baltimore. All went well and we headed to see Dan, I mean “Larry”, and we ended up walking in 7 minutes late.  Ok of coarse there was an act before the Cable Guy BUT…. our seats happen to be FRONT ROW CENTER.  Literally in the front row and the mic was directly a foot in front of my seat.  What does that mean?! EVERYONE in the WHOLE place that was packed saw us come in and sit down RIGHT IN FRONT of him speaking and OBVIOUSLY we were picked on. It was all in good fun and we laughed and got to talk to them while they asked us questions, like why were late haha!!  Ahh…. Good Times!!! 🙂    It was soooo awesome seeing Bill Engvall, now Larry the Cable Guy and in April will be Ron White woohoo!!!  Laughter is the key!  I laugh a LOT….always have!!!  I like to keep things light and airy and just have fun.

Today I wanted to relax but who has time to relax??  haha I had running around to do in Fredericksburg, VA…. again… and fiiinally in for the night.  Thank goodness.  I’ve been having a lot of the same ol’ left side pain that started in November and lately it’s been worse.  I’m eager to speak with my doctor tomorrow during chemo. Ugh – chemo.  Happy birthday to me… I get chemo… another year spent with my nurses. I will get the PET/CT scan figured out that was messed up last week and talk about this pain.  I’ve taken 20mg of Oxycodone tonight and am just ok.  I have all the pain meds one could need, kinda like a pharmacy here but I need to know why.  Is it still my spleen?  If my CA19 numbers are so low, is it really coming from my pancreas?  What else?  I do well on my anti-inflammatory diet. SO, hopefully we can figure this out.  Besides that I am good but will be knocked down tomorrow for the week.  I am ready for next weekend already! hahaha
